Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Project X client, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to hold an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Enable two-factor authentication if your account holds an active subscription.

You must provide accurate registration information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without refund.

A license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the Project X client on the number of devices included in your plan.

• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the licensing system.
• You may not use the software to gain an unfair advantage in a way that violates a game's own terms of service.
• Licenses detected being used across an implausible number of devices or locations may be suspended pending review.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails we will retry it. If payment continues to fail your subscription is suspended and attached licenses are deactivated.

Prices are exclusive of tax unless stated. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

First-time purchases are refundable within 3 days, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attack our infrastructure, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where a termination is for cause, no refund is issued.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Performance results vary by hardware, drivers, game, and configuration; the figures shown on our marketing pages are measured averages, not guarantees.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
